I would like to divide my review into multiple sections to make it easier for everyone. Location: Located near MBD Mall which is very convenient and nearby all the Major malls in Ludhiana Staff: The check-in process was a breeze and we did not have to struggle much there. No issues as the front end and other staffs are very cordial and lovely. Room: The Room we were allotted was at the 7th floor, quite large and cosy. The room was specially decorated for us so full marks to the housekeeping staff here the basic toiletries are of premium quality. Dining and Food. Sumptuous spread in the dinner menu, the food is top quality and delicious. The Deserts are a must have and we thoroughly enjoyed the culinary delight. The spread is a little less in breakfast but the quality again is top notch - no question at all. All the staffs at the restaurant are very very helpfull and go above and beyond to make sure the customers are happy. Full marks to them. Front Office Staff was amazing and prompt with all the requests from the check in to check out everything was great Overall it was 10 out of 10 experience kudos to entire team f Radisson Blu Ludhiana for such a lovely stay.

I am extremely delighted to have a wonderful and quiet comfortable Stay at Radisson Blu during my recent visit to Ludhiana. My every visit has been ending with pleasure and has been equipped with new Amenities, which made my stay Safe, luxurious and Comfortable. Every time, the Services rendered by the Hotel are beyond my expectations. Let me take this wonderful Opportunity to highlight that the Hotel People offered me a very early check-in and the Late Check-out as well. I would like to make a particular note about two of your Duty Managers i.e. Mr. Sourabh and Mr. Ali for their Impeccable Dedicated Services rendered to me, who were attended my queries with utmost patience coupled with their Pleasing Personality and Respectful Gestures. These Managers were very much essential in this Competitive World, especially in Hospitality Industries, as they were dedicated to their Profession, which in-turn, creates trust among the Guests that they were in Safe Hands and feel Comfortable every time. These Actions lift the Fame of Radisson Hotel Group Globally. Once again, I would like convey my Best Wishes to Mr. Sourabh and Mr. Ali and Special Thanks to them, who made my Stay Quiet Safe and Comfortable. On a whole, the Respect on the Radisson Group has been increased for their Outstanding and continuous Dedicated Services offering to their Guests

Had a wonderful, hassle free stay at Radisson Blu Ludhiana. Everything from check in to check out was efficiently managed by the staff. Absolutely no delay in their services. It is a well maintained, clean property and worth every penny. The staff did go the extra mile to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Special mention the front desk staff for their hospitality. Regarding the food, they offer a wide variety of cuisines to choose from. We had an in room dining, and everything we ordered was delicious. Same goes for the morning buffet. All in all a wonderful experience. Nice hotel with good facilities and supporting staffs.. Restaurant food was good.

From first greeting at check-in our stay was lovely. The hotel Location is very convenient The hotel decor is quite modern. Everything was well taken care of. Breakfast was very nice, with a great variety of foods available that should provide something for all tastes and requirements. Our room was very nice, serviced regularly. Most importantly I have to say that the staff members throughout the hotel, in every role, treated us so well, they were wonderful. In many large chain hotels you feel like a customer. In this hotel we really did feel like guests. I would not hesitate to stay here again its totally Value for money

Overall the experience was fine. The staff was friendly enough and did a good job at answering questions. The folks for room service did an equally good job in my opinion.

The hotel staff were nice and the spa massage is amazing I wish I had gone more during my stay. The lady measure was absolutely amazing and knew what she was doing, fixed my back pain and realigned my stomach. Thank you 🙏🙏
